  • What if I am not good at Yoga?

Circadia is NOT a yoga retreat. Yoga is a part of the Circadia process and yoga is an amazing tool for mind and body health. Our yoga that we offer is based for total newcomers. There are no trophies in yoga and no awards. The purpose of yoga is to allow for our guests to feel how amazing it is to start your day with some breath and some movement. Do not be intimidated if you have never done yoga before. You will find that it is an amazing gift for your mind and body wellness.

  • Are all the classes mandatory?

No. Nothing is mandatory. However our guests find that there is some magic in the program the way that it is laid out. If you follow the itinerary day by day there is an unavoidable opening of a depth of relaxation and peace that you most likely have never reached before. If at anytime you feel the need to retreat to your self either in your room or by the pool, that’s totally cool as well, but more than likely you are going to want to take advantage of every single experience on offer at these retreats.
